It is made solely with very mature grapes from the oldest vineyards. The production process is based on an old, artisanal method adapted to the winery’s modern technology that consists in natural carbonic maceration.
Golden yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fine aromatic intensity on the nose, with a predominance of apple-and peach -flavoured fruity aromas, against a subtle, elegant background of white flowers. On the palate, the wine es refreshing, smooth and full bodied with a slightly bitter finish that gives it a great personality and complexity.
