All orders are charged €15. We only dispatch to the Iberian Peninsula.

Orders over 120 euros have free shipping

We only accept payment with VISA or Mastercard cards.

Orders take 5 working days to arrive.

If a bottle breaks during shipping, Adega Condes de Albarei S.A.U. will take the necessary steps to guarantee that your entire order arrives at the requested destination.

Do not accept the order if the box is damp or looks suspicious on arrival. Please telephone (986 54 35 35) or email us (inf@condesdealbarei.com) so that we can take the necessary steps to check and guarantee that the product arrives in perfect condition.

In this case, the transport company will telephone you or leave a note with a telephone number, in order to arrange another delivery day and time.

Shipping is included in the final price of the order.

If the wine is not in perfect condition, you can return it and we will send you another bottle or product within 14 days.
