Adega Condes de Albarei

Adega Condes de Albarei has its own vineyards, featuring an extensive cultivated area and the necessary equipment to control the wine production processes from the origin.

The cultivation of Albariño has a careful control and care of the vineyard throughout the year until the grapes are harvested by the winery's field technicians.

Albariño

“Condes de Albarei” Albariño wine is made with the best free-run juices, in order to extract the Albariño grape’s varietal purity.

TASTING NOTES
Golden yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Medium-high intensity on the nose, with floral aromas and hints of white fruits. It is a clean, elegant aroma. On the palate, the wine is refreshing, extensive, well rounded with a marked aromatic persistence.

Enxebre

Albariño

It is made solely with very mature grapes from the oldest vineyards. The production process is based on an old, artisanal method adapted to the winery’s modern technology that consists in natural carbonic maceration.

TASTING NOTES
Golden yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Fine aromatic intensity on the nose, with a predominance of apple and peach flavoured fruity aromas, against a subtle, elegant background of white flowers. On the palate, the wine es refreshing, smooth and full bodied with a slightly bitter finish that gives it a great personality and complexity.

Carballo Galego

Albariño

The best free free-run juices are selected to ferment in new Galician oak Bordeaux barrels, where they are kept on their lees for months in order to obtain an Albariño wine of great character and singularity.

TASTING NOTES
Lemon yellow in colour with golden highlights. Fine aromatic intensity on the nose, combining hints of mature fruit characteristic of the grape variety, with the typical aromas of ageing in a barrel, such as hints of spices, coffee, vanilla and coconut. On the palate, the wine is very dense, smooth and long with great aromatic persistence.

Albariño en rama

Albariño

Starting from very mature Albariño grapes from old vines and a respectful production, this wine is kept on its very fine lees for several years while it slowly matures. The result of this long blending process is a very pure, full-bodied wine that is reflected in its aromatic complexity, strength, structure and duration on the palate.

TASTING NOTES
Condes de Albarei en Rama stands out for its frank varietal character, floral (acacia, rose petal), vegetal (rockrose, lavender), with hints of honey and a pleasant and suggestive complexity. On the palate, it is opulent, silky, oily and smooth, balanced, tasty with integrated acidity. It has a powerful floral finish with hints of herbs and preserved fruit, and an aftertaste of great intensity and duration.

Albariño

As Voltas Albariño is made from the Albariño variety harvested from small plots in our vineyards located in the heart of the Salnés Valley. With our best flower musts, we make this high quality wine that has been chosen by the Spanish Royal House as the white wine to accompany the menu served at the meal held to celebrate the coming of age of Princess Leonor.

TASTING NOTE
This Albariño is defined by its remarkable freshness and liveliness. It presents itself with a pale yellow colour adorned with greenish reflections, reflecting its youth and vitality. On the nose, it shows an impressive aromatic intensity, with floral nuances of jasmine and orange blossom, accompanied by the enticing freshness of white and citrus fruits, such as pear, apple and lemon. On the palate, it has balanced acidity and a smooth, silky texture. Intense and persistent fruit flavours take centre stage, complemented by citrus and tropical notes, such as pineapple and passion fruit. The finish is refreshing and long-lasting, leaving a pleasant mineral sensation.

Albarei Áine

Albariño

ÁINE: Celtic goddess of air and wind, owner of our dreams and illusions. Daughter of the god of the sea.

This Albariño from the Albarei Collection is made with grapes from the Condes de Albarei vineyards bathed by the Arousa estuary, which magically influences the ripening of the grapes, lengthening them and achieving greater varietal expression. Its aromatic intensity of floral character and the singular structure in mouth full of freshness, salinity and power, makes its life in bottle very long and pleasant.

TASTING NOTES Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. It has floral, balsamic aromas and hints of white fruit
. In the mouth it is fresh, with a marked saline and mineral character. With a long finish.

Albarei Orixe

Albariño

Orixe: pays tribute to the legendary Albariños of yesteryear.

Albariño made in a traditional way, where the must ferments together with the skins, achieving an unequalled and evocative perfume of the well-ripened Albariño grape, together with a fresh and consistent sensation in the mouth. The evolution of this Albariño from the Albarei Collection is very favourable in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES Golden yellow colour. Fresh, aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, light toasted and spicy notes and candied fruits linked to the evolution in the bottle.
Long on the palate, combining the freshness of citrus sensations and the smoothness of the toasted notes from the wood and ageing in the bottle.

Albarei TEMPERO

TEMPERO: "seasoning or optimum state of a thing".

Albarei Tempero is a wine from the Albarei Collection. The grapes used to make this Albariño come from granitic vineyards, with an average age of over 40 years in the Salnés Valley. The winemaking process is based on low intervention, where the most important thing is time, calm and waiting, which is necessary to produce an age-worthy Albariño.

TASTING NOTES Straw yellow in colour with golden highlights. It stands out for its high aromatic intensity, where varietal aromas of white and stone fruit coexist with hints of citrus, together with notes of bakery, dried fruit, orange preserve, etc. A fat, enveloping palate,
mineral, fresh and powerful. With a long finish.

Albarei Espadeiro

Tinto

This wine is made with grapes from our vines of red espadeiro grapes that are more than 100 years old.

After fermenting in French oak barrels, our espadeiro red wine is matured for 3 months in barrels, constantly seeking the maximum expression of this grape variety’s differential character with a subtle contribution from the wood.

TASTING NOTES
Bigarreau cherry red colour with bluish reflections. With red- (strawberries) and black-fruit (blackcurrant) aromas, and hints of spices. On the palate, it is refreshing, with hints of red fruit and a fine palate.

Tinto Plurivarietal

Tinto

“Albarei Tinto Plurivarietal” is made with Caíño, Espadeiro and Mencía grapes from old vines.

This wine is matured in an oak barrel for 3 months, seeking the maximum expression of its varieties’ differential character, with a subtle contribution from the wood.

TASTING NOTES
Cherry red colour, medium depth. With red-fruit (redcurrant), balsamic aromas and hints of spices (black pepper). On the palate, it is refreshing and pleasant with a fine palate.
