The “Pazo Baión” Albariño wine reflects the maximum quality of the Albariño grape cultivated in a singular vineyard, under the concept of “vino de pago” (estate wine), in which its ecosystem is clearly expressed in the wine.
Albariño wine has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. It stands out due to its intense varietal perfume, with white-flower (orange blossom and jasmine) and fruit aromas, with a predominance of citrus fruits (grapefruit, mandarina) against a background of white fruit (apple, pear). On the palate, it is refreshing and balance, with a fine structure, enveloping, mineral, with a long palate and a very aromatic, persistent finish.
